2008 X6 4.4 V8 Check Engine Indicator Light Lits

While accelerating, the engine suddenly vibrates and check engine inidicator light lits. On the driver's monitor, it read as " LESS POWER. DRIVE SLOWLY. Maximum to cruize is anly at 80-90 km/h. Sent the car to BMW's mechanic to diagnose and it read as 1. LAMBDA SENSOR 2. LOW FUEL PRESSURE,CYLINDER No. 3.
Replaced the sensor and once again had the car diagnosed; and still the same reading appeared on the diagnostic module. Have any member countered the same problem before?
