I'd take it back. Going as soon as you buy it shows it's less likely your fault. They won't see you as a complainer, they'll be more concerned about not getting off on the wrong foot with you since you're a new customer. Well, a good dealer would be like that.

I believe that's normal; my passenger window sticks up a little, too. I recall reading it somewhere, also.

You can sort of see it sticking up near Freckles' body. I actually thought it stuck up more.

Oops, read it wrong. Yeah, I'd have to check again, but I think my window sticks up a little like that picture.

I read convertible so I was thinking it wasn't fitting in the seal properly when UP.

I have a 2005 325CI convert with 18k miles and service rep told me today that the passenger window is supposed to not go down all the way i.e. there is supposed to be a little window showing when fully down. Has anyone been told differently that this is a defect? I could have sworn when first got it that the window went all the way down.

It is normal for it to stick up some - it is so that the door glass will not vibrate and break when the door is closed- it supports the glass. Hope this helps ??
