'93 320i @ $8k = Good deal?

Hi all!

New here and not a BMW owner (yet)... Am seriously thinking of buying one (and one in particular). Can you all give me some advice?

The Car
1993 320i
209,000 km (130k miles)
5 Speed
Black on black leather, spotless on quick inspection (has been detailed)
Smoged and Certified (Emmission test and safety inspected for resale)
Used Car Dealer, Initial price 7900(CAD) + tax = 9k+
5 minutes of haggling now $8400 taxes in. ($6150 for the yanks
With a little effort I could probably beat him down to 8k all in.

What do you think?

Oh and while I'm asking dumb questions... what is the difference between a 320 and 325??? Also I understand from browsing that there is a power jump for 92-93 models... significant?

320 has a 2.0 litre engine, the 325 has a 2.5 litre engine

One thing I forgot to mention. The car comes with a 2 year powertrain warranty from the used car dealer.

I love the car and have the cash but know next to nothing about BMWs. This car needs to be fairly reliable and not cost a fortune to keep on the road. I could really use some advice fellas. Even offhand comments are welcomed IE. "I wouldn't touch a 2.0 with your dipstick!" anything at all...
