Does anyone know how to remove the rear rotors? The Haynes manual for 3-series cars just says to remove the caliper, retaining bolt and back off the emergency-brake adjustment screw. It seems that the caliper retaining bracket might prevent removal. Does this bracket need to be removed also? Thanx.

I don't have an M3... or a BMW for that matter, but on all the cars I've worked on you have to remove the caliper bracket in order to remove rear (and in most cases) front rotors.
