Those are all coupes. The Ci gives it away.

323 and 325 have 2.5L inline 6 engines. The 323 version had more torque, 325 had more horsepower. 325 is newer.

323 and 328 came out at the same time. Both are older than the 325. 328 has a 2.8L inline 6 engine. More powerful, but not significantly faster than the 325. It does have decent speed tho. The 325 and 323 are just slow enough to be annoying.

Other than the engine, it's just a matter of options. I can't remember the exact changes tho, but basically, more options were standard as time went on, but base price went up as a result.

The 323 didn't come stock with the computer (tells avg mileage, avg speed, etc). That came stock later. Other than that, there's really not much difference. Foglights became standard somewhere along the line. 328s had those minor things I believe. All 3 series came pretty stripped. Moonroof, leather, xenons. All those things were options I believe. No real big significant changes.

The main interior features that separated them were the headlight surround is a different color, there are silver rings around the guages, and the e-brake lever is leather. That's the diff btw a 330 and a 325. I imagine it's the same on the 328 vs 323. Nothing major. Biggest diff btw the two cars is just the rims and the engine.
