I've been to two dealers close to me by the shore and they were both terrible. Where can i go to get the best deal and deal with some of the best people. I will travel anywhere in Jersey and possibly go as afar as to branch out of NJ. Thanks

BTW, i'm located in Monmouth County in NJ

I'm also in Monmouth County, and I visited or called 6 or 7 bmw dealers before I finally made a purchase. Who have you visited so far?

I bought from Circle simply because they were close. Horrible saleswoman. She was fortunate I didn't blast her in the survey. King in Freehold was a bit better, but too far from my house.

Why must purchasing a great car be such a dreadful experience?

DiFeo BMW in Tenafly, NJ has superb service for the buying experience, but don't go there expecting a good deal.

Park Ave BMW in NJ is the place to go if you really want to strike a deal.

I went to cars.com and had the dealers compete. In the end I felt like I got a pretty good deal. I did discover that their internet sales people can give better prices. The deal I got was better than I could negotiate through any walk-in sales people - and believe me I tried. (I'm in California though)

In New Jersey I would go with JMK in springfield (union co.), they have excellent service. Not too sure about sales but I'd be willing to pay 1k over another dealer for the sake of great service.

Bought my Bimmer at Open Road BMW in Edison. The sales service for CPO was good, but the followup has been lousy. I've had some good service calls with Morristown BMW, though, but not familiar with their sales.

I would definitely say JMK as well. And I was even able to get my car $2000 cheaper there than any other BMW place I checked. The service is great!
