I just recently had a blow out on the highway and confidently pulled to the side of the road to change the tire. I knew that I had a good spare and I knew that the tool kit in the trunk was complete (never used it). And I remember reading a while back how to hook the jack up to the car. Well I got everything together and was so proud of myself and then realized that I had no idea where the lug wrench was. So my question for you fine people is: WHERE IS THE LUG WRENCH ON A 97 328i????? I had a friend of mine bring me her wrench out of her audi and I got the tire changed.

It is attached to the back of the tray on the right side of your trunk (if you are looking into your trunk). It's the tray that sits on top of your battery. At least that's where it's supposed to be. Although, when i got my bimmer, it was with my spare; I doubt most people know where it goes.

Look on ebay man! They go for like 10 bucks shipped. Mine had surface rust, so instead of sanding and painting, I got one for $8 shipped.

If I knew where my old one was I would send it to you in a heart beat. Sorry dude.
