Dealer Recommended Service?

Driving an '04 745Li. It's still under warranty (33,000 miles). During regular service at dealership, they suggest Wheel Alignment Chassis Tune, Fuel Injection Flushing, and Emission System Service. Of course, these items cost money. My husband says they're just selling me snake oil. Any advice? By the way, we're not likely to attempt servicing ourselves, so we're at the mercy of the dealership.

Also, I'm burning through tires like crazy. Just pulled Dunlop Sports (SP01A) after 16,000 miles. I haven't been religious about tire pressure but plan to from here on out. Just put 4 new Dunlops on...any recommendations for the next set of tires?

When I bought my 530 they(dealer) put new Dunlops on, this is a certified car. I have put 40K miles on these tires with no excessive wear, I didn't think they would last, so you must have some horrific alignment problem. Don't think much about the other suggestions--just my opinion though.
