ok so i finally have my BMW and the first thing i did after i looked at it for a couple days was find this forum ![[thumb]](/images/smilies/icon_smile_thumb.gif "Thumbs Up [thumb]")
anyway i just purchased a 2004 330ci 6 - Speed with 16,500 miles on it. the car is nearly showroom condition and i want to keep it that way. it is black on black by the way so i have a few questions:
1. Car cover - i keep it under my car port which will protect it completely from rain and snow unless it is some serious wind blowing it in and i am curious about getting a cover. since i just spent all my money on this car (hehehe) i was looking for thoughts as to how little i can spend to give this protection from that rare hard wind and rain that might make it inside my carport as well as a possible bump form someone not paying attention. where do you recommend i look for this as well?
2. Interior care - i have black leather interior and i want to keep it protected from the sun etc... and i was hesitant to use my existing products. i use Black Magic interior shine stuff and protectant on my truck which is leather but it is obvious right away that the leather is much nicer in BMW and i dont want to harm it. what is recommended to keep my interior clean and protected and where do you suggest i buy it?
3. Exterior care - pretty much the same as above i want to keep it clean and protected but i know i dont want to use just any old product. i currently have a nice mcguire's paste wax with the applying sponge it came with. any suggestions here would be great.
as you can see i am just looking for advice from people with knowledge on how to keep my BMW in the best shape i can for as long as possible and appreciate any suggestions.
