gallery?

this seems like anewbie question for me. how do i make my picture size smaller for the gallery its making me mad
i can only cut a little off the corner, considering the picture is freaking huge!

Make sure your image is no larger than 1024 pixels in width. The gallery software will automatically generate thumbnails for you.
