Good service experience at Long Beach BMW

My review I attempted to post on dealerrater cept that site won't let me login:

Came to get my annual oil change and fix some issues. I can't verify that they changed my oil but it took them long enough (2 hours or so) so I assume they did. But, they did add the lock/unlock visual confirmation that Shelly BMW claimed was impossible to do on my car (I don't have an alarm). I was also there to deal with a rattling passenger seat. Due to a mixup when describing the issue on my part, the tech couldn't find it. However, when I picked up the car, Anthony Moore (my Service Advisor) went out with me, grabbed a tech, and let me reproduce the sound. They were discussing how to fix it in front of me and Anthony decided a new seat might be in order. I'd settle for a piece of foam if that's all it takes but I won't say no to a new seat. They offered to do it right there but I was busy today and scheduled another appointment. I feel comfortable with their competence that I'm willing to return, unlike Shelly where I bought my car.

Plus, they didn't reset my computer. That means I'm gonna get another free oil change in about 6500 miles.
