Not on the east coast, but wheelmax.com, wheelnext.com, and even tires.com offer great prices.

At tires.com, if you call them up they cut you a better deal than if you were to order it online.

We have Mobile Innovations here in NJ that is basically like the East Coast's version of West Coast Customs (although probably not as good). Here is their web site, they do some pretty good work:
