That my windshield washer fluid is low. It wasn't low, but I topped it off, but it still comes on. Is this something I can adjust myself, not being mechanically inclined (and a woman lol)? I hate to pay someone to adjust something I can do. Thanks!

Being a woman has nothing to do with it. Sounds like something's wrong with a sensor. I'm a guy and I don't know how to fix that. But, you get the right instructions, and I'm sure you can fix it yourself. It's more a matter of whether it's worth your time or not. You're sure it's the washer fluid light, right? Compared it to the owner's manual? I can't remember what the actual light looks like so I'd have to check the manual myself.

Especially if it's just a windshield washer fluid light. That doesn't affect driveability so if time/cost is too much, I'd be inclined to just ignore the light.

the sensor may have came unpluged look around the box(i guess you would call it) that holds all the water for the wiperfluid. if you cant see anything unpluged then it is most likely your sensor went bad
