Hi, I'm (obviously) new here. I gave up my '91 XJ to my sister; my dad gave me a 91 525i in place. (He thinks it makes me look better to my clients)
Thus far the fusable link went (no big deal), the thermostat is sticking (trying to get that fixed), and now, the biggest problem---it's stalling out at stop signs after about 10 seconds of idle.
I initially thought it may have been a bad tank of gas, but putting dry gas and STP gas treatment in didn't remedy it.
So, I assume it could be the fuel filter, the spark plugs, or a thousand other things.
Any thoughts?
