Right now I dont have a car but in a couple of months Im prolly gonna buy a 99-02 3 series, however i dont kno what kind of 3 series. I wanna sedan most likely but thats all i kno, and that i only wanna spend 13g, can someone help me figure out what kind of car to get....

It's more of finding as much car as you can get for that money. I haven't looked at used car prices, but I'm guessing you're gonna find things more in the 1999 year. Hard to go wrong with any car produced during the year range you're looking at tho.

Welcome! And your comment is extremely general; provide us with some background information would help. But in truth, best way to figure out what car to get is to test drive several. Drive the 3 series, drive the mercedes equivalent, a camry, accord, etc. That'll give you much more insight than any of us sitting behind our computers.
