Why is this model not sold in the US. Because it is sold in mexico and not in the US. Not to mention that it would kick some of these rice rockets , Maybe lilttle expensive but worth it.

Latest word is that it will be coming to America. Hopefully with a sweet 4 cyl engine. BMW has been reluctant to sell it here because they have the Mini and because the E36 318ti didn't sell well. I also read that BMW dealers didn't want to sell them either.

I think there has been enough grassroot support to convince Munich that it would sell. I agree.

Well aussie mags have reported that the 130i is the best fun next to an M3, and obviously much cheaper!
