PRoblem with BMW

Hi,

new to this forum.
my sister has a 2003 328Ci. Well, today the liner on the interior of her door came off...its this little strip. Any way to fix this, she only has 7000 miles on the car.

i was going to use 3M double sided tape. Is this problem common or did she get a lemon?

It should still be on warranty, take it to the dealer to get it fixed.

A 2003 328? Didn't they start the 330 in 03????

Yeah, there's no 2003 328. Is it a 2003 car or is it a 328? If it's a 2003, just take it back to the dealer and make them fix it. If it's a 328, well, is it still under warranty then?

My 01 330ci has the same problem, its just early wear/tear, but if you have a valid warranty they will replace it for sure. They are mine!

2000 was the last year of the 328...

330 started in 01.
and I think they stopped with 328s and 323s that year too..

Yeah, it seems to be a common problem, and not for just e46s from what I understand. I think your problem is the same as mine was. For me, the dealer replaced both door seals.
