Hey Everyone! I am the proud owner of a 2007 328. It is my first BMW. There isn't much for me to do to it. I put tint on it and added 20mm spacers to it last night. Other then that I think she is good to go for the next 3 years of my lease. I will try to upload some pics of her when I get home. She's a beaut! [:D]

Congrats! A 2 door 3er is just my favourite car, whether it's an E36, E46 or E90. I think the new coupe is just drop dead gorgeous!

Are those spacers allowed under BMW warranty? Just be careful, if you have something go wrong with alignment, tire wear, handling, etc... BMW will look always try to blame you (aftermarket stereos, cd players, alarms are another big No, No).

Might want to inquire about that, to be safe.

Anyway, Congratulations!

Can't decide

I am about to sign the deal on a 2007 328. I am in the Toronto area so I have to think about winter driving. I can't decide if I should not get the sport package and use the factory 16's for the winter and put after market 18's for summer or get the sport pack. use the 17's for summer and buy after market 16's for winter. Is the sport suspension and other items in the sport package worth the extra money?
If someone could give me input asap as I am supposed to sign the papers tomorrow (March 14)
Thanks Brad

congrats & welcome to the board!

nice choice on the coupe too. bmw finally got their heads out of their asses and got the tail lights right on this one. (the ones on the 4 door look like they were designed by GM or something.)

also- be careful when u pull head into parking spaces with cement stoppers, as in so cal they seem to all be very inconsistent sizes. (always leave half a foot.) this past saturday i saw a beautiful, brand new 6-series tear his front, lower air-dam right off while pulling into a parking space at a restaurant. he didn't even have his plates yet! soooooo sad.
