Question about key memory

Thanks to Tom I got my key to lock and unlock my car now. Yea! However, since I got my car used, when I push the unlock button the seat and mirrors moved back to the previous owner settings.

How do I clear all the settings that are associated with the previous owner? I tried the owner manual and it wasn't much help.
