New to the 7 series HOWEVER I had a few older bimmers back in the day, I had a BAVARIA and a 3.0si. The BAV had all kinds of electrical issues and the 3.0si I rebuilt the car and blew the motor TWICE.

Now I am back into the BMW world and trying to get my New to me BMW's little issues cleaned up. The car and interior is 110%. No leaks, no strange noises and she rides 120%.

ISSUES I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET FIXED:
Car came with no remotes, bought a used key from Ebay and it will not program to open the doors, trunk. I have followed the directions from the manual, I dunno. Thinking of putting in an after-market keyless entry system in. So if I lose the FOB it will not be hundreds to replace. Anyone have experience with after market systems like this?

The SRS light is on. The previous owner/dealer said the batter died from sitting in the warehouse and that is why it came on, we'll see...

The dying PIXEL issues on the MID have me a bit up in the air. Trying to get it replaced via BMWNA... again we'll see if she answers. I re-sent the email today.

Don't know what kind of power steering fluid to use in this one other than BMW brand, is there one?

Your power steering fluid is Pentosin 11S , about $21.29 from Pelican Parts. Not sure about your other issues. The PS fluid is expensive, but I caution you, do NOT use ATF it will ruin your system and cost $$$$ to repair.
