speaker replacement

The mid range speakers in my 99 323is are blown. I am considering replacing them with phoenixgold speakers. Does anybody know anything about phoenixgold speakers?
I'm also considering replacing several of my speakers with the bavarian soundwerks stage 1 audio upgrade for the bmw 3 series. Does anybody know anything about BSW?

I know nothing about the speakers, etc. that you mention. Check with Crutchfields for speakers and stereo upgrades.
