steering wheel functions

I can't find reference to the functions on the steering wheel in the user manual.

Does anyone know what the R/T button and the button that has a person's face on, do?

On my car, I use the R/T Button to scroll through my phone book on the radio display. If you have your phone connected to the car through bluetooth, then you should also be able to use it for the same function. The button with the speaking person on it is also for the phone, it allows you to use voice commands for the phone and navigation on different models. It depends on what car you have, but they're the general descriptions.
