hey new to the bmw world i just purchased a 2000 m roadster and just wondering if there is any particular problems that i should be aware of for this year. Also can anybody give me any ideas on cleaning the top and is there any tings that you car do to help it in the long run?

Welcome! Here is a link to the best roadster page available in my humble opinion. I have a 98 M roadster and they are pretty bullet proof, although there has been some talk about the frames seperating under the back of the car. I will find that link and attach it for you. As far as your top goes I wash it when I wash the car, than twoce a year I use Ragg Topp cleaner and conditioner on it. Enjoy and again welcome!
