Greetings all. I am shopping for my first BMW, most likely a '04 545. Two preferences that are fairly high on the list are in-dash satellite radio and in-dash navigation. I seem to be able to find cars that have one but not the other.
How difficult/expensive is it to add in-dash nav to a car that has the display screen and a satellite radio antenna?
