Hello all,

Have just taken delivery of an 1989 320i Auto. Great condition, 85K on clock and got it for a song. Full service his' apart from the last 1 1/2 years where it has been neglegted. Now i need advice and help if poss'.

Have found that rear wheel bearings need replacing, does anyone have any good links to step by step procedure for this with good back up photos etc.

Also have a wobble on the steering wheel which become's irritating above 50 mph.

If anyone can help i would be oblighed.

Cheers

Wheel bearings are typically not that difficult so a Chilton or Haynes manual prolly could give you the basics. As for the wobble, thats likely worn out rotors - you can have them cut, but if they're old, just get some new ones...
