Hey~
I got my production number from my dealer, and registered myself to the BMW Owner's Circle.
I don't believe it has gone to production yet (therefore doesn't have VIN number yet as well). Well, where could I find my VIN number if it's posted on the Owner's Circle?
Thanks in advance[:)]

You'll see the VIN under order status on the OC as soon as it goes from status 112 to status 150.

Status 112 is "Order scheduled for production" and 150 is "Production started".

gotcha~
Thanks a lot!

I just got a reply from the BMW NA customer service....they told me that my estimated production date is [year/month/week] 2004/03/13. Apparently the 13th week...*sigh[?|]

Mine just went into production this week. I'm doing a performance center delivery on April 19th so my wait will be frustrating as well. (If I chose delivery at the dealership, I'd get the car a week or so earlier but I think it'll be worth the wait to have some fun down at the performance center.)

What are you getting?

Oh~
Well, I could imagine that getting your car at the performance center will definitely be more exciting~! [:)] [cheers]

I ordered the new X3 3.0i, Silver Grey, Premium & Cold Package, Xenon, Nav, etc etc (pretty much fully loaded except the Sports Package and Premium Sound). Oh yeah, black interior with dark wood trim.

I really can't wait~~~!![bash]

I can't wait either.

Alpine white with gray leather (same as I've had for the last three BMW's). I loaded it up with the sport package, SMG, Nav, heads-up display, premium sound, satellite radio, cold weather pkg, heated rear seats, rear sunshade, fold-down rear seats, park-distance control, poplar wood, etc. (I think I ordered everything except the adaptive cruise control!)

Should be a good time when I finally go get it in Spartansburg.

If you see one of these after April 19th cruising on route 15, it might just be me either going to or coming from Sunbury -- I travel there from Pittsburgh once in a while for work.

Sounds like a good plan... I just test-drove two X3's (3.0 and 2.5). Both were fully loaded. I felt the 2.5-litre version lacked the punch that the 3.0 had. The 3.0 gave me very nice ride. [:)]
